Happy Easter 2012!

The boys were, once again, spoiled by the Easter Bunny. Here are some shots of them first thing in the morning, checking out their loot. I think they both had a mouthful of chocolate and candy within 5 minutes of waking up. Never a bad day when you're a kid! (or an adult, actually!)

Easter Egg Hunt!

Our neighbor, Suzanne, has the best yard for Easter Egg hiding! It's like a magical forest, with footpaths and a stream and beautiful plants and flowers. Lucky for us, she likes to host an egg hunt and allow the boys to run around looking for eggs! We watch them carefully so they don't trod on her plants too badly. It was great fun this year and the boys came home with 32 eggs each! We are going to be eating candy for months!

Soccer Practice!

Colin started another 8 week program of soccer. We love how it gets the kids out playing and Colin loves learning all the drills that they do. We can't wait to see what new skills he will acquire this year!

Playground Fun!

We had a chance to visit the playground on Saturday before Colin's soccer practice. The boys had fun with the merry-go-round! As you can see, we haven't seen the SUN much lately - both kids closed their eyes for the picture!

Another Tooth Bites the Dust!

Master Colin lost his 2nd tooth on Saturday night! It had been loose for a few weeks and it was hanging by a thread on Saturday. Daddy helped by pulling it out so he wouldn't swallow it this time!

The big talk was whether the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy saw each other on Saturday night... We decided they must be friends. :)

Easter is coming!

The boys have the ears - they have the bunny cookies - they are just waiting for the CANDY!

And here's a sunset picture from the other night - we're starting to get them again which means the nice weather is coming!

I also did a great trail run today and saw beautiful views of Rainier and St. Helens (as well as Adams). I will do a proper post on my running blog, but the views were just incredible. Here are two of Rainier. One at 7:45am and another at around Noon.
